The Planet Web Version 3.0 for the Sega Saturn Net Link was released as part of a bundle. It came with a t-shirt and the Net Link versions of Virtual On: Cybertroopers and Sega Rally Championship, which enabled online game play and chat lobbies powered by IRC.
