This game is identical to "Star Trek: Phaser Strike," which was released in 1979 along with the Microvision console. However, after Milton Bradley's licensing agreement for the "Star Trek" name ran out, the company was forced to rename and repackage their game. This version of the game is more rare and was released towards the end of the systems life.
