GRAND SLAM adds several new innovations to baseball videogames. Traditional modes like Exhibition and Season are included, and new modes include Practice, Tournament, and Home Run Derby. No matter the mode, a new power meter-based pitching and batting system, along with motion capture animation, draws the player into the game.
