As Alaron, a young orphan boy on a quest to discover your true heritage, you'll select up to three additional party members from a cast of 10 characters of varying skills and histories. Party members develop throughout the journey and create a more complex story line that involves survival, love, hate, treachery, and death. The daytime cycle affects the performance of characters with lunar and solar aspects. Locations include seaports, islands, forests, deserts, and mountains with random weather effects, such as rain and fog. There are dozens of items to buy, sell, or trade. The turn-based combat system involves tactical battle elements.
